Rows 1-5 K all stitches.
Rows 6-59:
Row 6 and all even rows: K4, then P to last 4 stitches, K4
Row 7 and all odd rows: K all stitches

Purl Stitch
1. When doing the knit stitch, the yarn held behind the work, like this.
2. To purl, bring the yarn forward, between the stitches, like this.
3. Slip needle into the right side of the first stitch on the needle, like this.
4. Wrap yarn over the needle.
5. Draw yarn through the stitch.
6. Slip stitch off left needle.
